Reservation Fees
New Clients
A one-time New Client Deposit, equivalent to 2 days boarding, is required to book your reservation. The deposit amount is based on the price of the cabin you choose.
The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable should you have to change your vacation plans.
The amount is applied to your total boarding cost, and only the remaining amount is due at time of check out.
Cabins are charged by the day, including the day you check in and the day you check out.
Return Clients
If you are a current client and have boarded with us before, you will enjoy the convenience of booking reservations without a 2-day deposit (except holidays as noted below).
We ask that you notify us immediately in the event of any date changes or cancellations.
Holiday Policy
Holiday deposits are due at the time reservation is made to hold your cabin.
Cancellations for reservations must be received within 14-days of reservation date for deposits to be refunded. Any cancellations or "no shows" after these dates will be billed at full boarding price for the dates originally scheduled. Holiday deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
We require a deposit for the following holidays:
